Spark Founding Members

Spark is a group coaching membership community for leaders and aspiring leaders in direct sales. Enrollment will open at the end of the summer. But there are a few spots available now for Founding Members.

Spark concentrates on leadership, team building, and personal business skills.

Business basics are included because I want your personal business to be easy for you so that you can spend your time serving and growing your team. So when we talk about

• booking
• selling
• recruiting

you’ll ask yourself two questions:

How can I use this to make my business better?
How can I help my team use this to make their businesses better?

Most of the time we'll be talking about:

• leadership mindset.
• team building.
• scalable systems to make working with a large team manageable and fun.

When Spark opens for everyone, there will be monthly training units you can access when you want, live group coaching, Q&A, and whatever else the Founders decide they need.

All of the content is being created from weekly one-on-one coaching calls with the Founders. I’m offering one call a week with each Founder where she gets to talk about whatever she wants. Sometimes we are refining her language and techniques, sometimes we are working on mental blocks and sometimes we’re developing programs for her to use with her team. The Founders are making great progress with their businesses, and I’m writing and prioritizing tons of content.

Spark is for all levels of leadership in direct sales (see below for Spark’s Stages of Success). Currently, the Founding Members are from 10 different companies and are aspiring leaders, new leaders, established leaders and leaders’ leaders. I’d love to have a few more Founding Members at each of these levels.

Spark Founding Members get

• a weekly one-on-one coaching call with me through August
• grandfathered into the current price of $24/month
• 40% discount on My Heart Beats products
• A private Facebook community
• Pretty much whatever they want because they are amazing

When enrollment opens at the end of the summer, new Sparklers will not be offered one-on-one coaching or whatever they want (they'll probably still be amazing though).

If you would like to be considered for a founding member spot, you should be

• coachable
• willing to offer feedback and participate in group discussions
• actively working your direct sales business
• committed to growing your business through the summer
• fun
