Hi, I'm Kelly!

I help direct sales leaders and aspiring leaders grow a thriving personal business. I teach systems that scale and are reproducible for your team. I coach you to work with your team so that it is highly productive and drama-free. And I coach you to have a strong personal business so that you can focus on leadership.

When you work with me, you get a bonus upline which is sort of like having a really cool aunt who also happens to be an expert in direct sales. If your upline is awesome, you can assume that we share the same values. I want you to succeed as much as she does, but I’m not dependent on your success like she is. That means I can say what you need to hear without worrying if you’re going to quit. When you work with me, I’ll nudge you out of your comfort zone, but I’ll keep you safe while you’re there so that I return you to your upline in one piece.

People come to me who have been working towards leadership and need more than what their upline and home office offer to get there within the timeline they desire. Some have amazing uplines, but they want additional support. Some have crummy uplines and need to be fostered by their really cool aunt.

Leaders come to me because they want to keep moving up or because they are tired of worrying about keeping their title. Some promoted to leadership without any systems and have trouble motivating their teams. Some found that they are natural leaders but need additional tools to advance to senior titles.

Some senior leaders send their teams to me because they know that a visit with a really cool aunt is good for everyone. Sometimes their teams need supplemental coaching (I probably teach the same things these senior leaders teach, but I might say it differently. I might even use adult words when I really get on a roll). Sometimes they send their teams to me because they are one step away from the direct sales equivalent of child protective services being called and they need a break. Like I said, a visit with a really cool aunt is good for everyone.

I do all this through group coaching. To stay on the really cool aunt metaphor, think of it as a big sleepover with a whole bunch of cousins. Secretly you know you’re my favorite, and you don’t have to worry about being overlooked or getting a bunch of general information. I have a Master’s in Education, and I taught special ed. for over ten years. Every student in my class had a unique learning style and was on a different level than every other student. I taught group lessons and adapted the material for each student. You’re going to get what you need to reach your goals because I know how to deliver information to a variety of learning styles and because you’re obviously going to be my favorite. I got you!

Everything I teach, I’ve taught before to hundreds of consultants. Over my nearly two decades of direct sales experience, I was a leader in three different companies and a national trainer for a start-up direct sales company. That field was chaotic and unfocused when I started working with them. By the end of the year, I had tripled the size of the company and the number of leaders. Some of them went on to be top leaders in other companies or start their own businesses. Everything I teach, I’ve used in my own business. I earned every trip for which I was eligible and was in the top 1% of sales and recruiting year after year after year.

I’m an expert on what I teach, and I only teach what I’m an expert on. You’ll learn techniques to strengthen your personal business and grow your team. You’ll learn systems to lead your team and increase their productivity. And most importantly, you’ll have a leadership mindset.

• First thing in the morning, I’m walking with my chocolate Lab and listening to a podcast.
• On a Saturday in the fall, I’m watching Navy football. You’re invited too, but you can’t root for Army. Or Air Force. Or whomever Navy is playing.
• During most major holidays, I’m wine tasting with my husband and two daughters in California’s wine country or at our kitchen table. Sometimes we switch it up and create cocktails.
• When it’s raining, I’m in my office or bedroom binge-watching anything on Bravo.
• On the last weekend in September, I’m with my girlfriends from high school for our annual weekend get-together. It's just like old times whenever we get together except we're much cooler now.
