I got lucky and recruited enough people so that I could promote to leadership, but I didn't feel like a leader.

I was on the verge of quitting or at least letting go of my title.
Until I finally got help from outside of my company.
I started working with a coach who helped me create scalable systems, implement repeatable processes, and practice time-tested principles to finally build and lead the team that I always wanted.
I've taken all of these systems, processes, and principles and created the Team-Building Template and used it to go on to promote through the career plan and be a top producer and leader.
